At Casa Bella Designs, we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. With that in mind, we aim to make your experience as smooth and seamless as possible – from purchase to delivery and beyond.

In the instance where we identify that there is a manufacturing defect, we will automatically treat this as a manufacturing fault and will action it accordingly.

All returns or replacements are to and from the original delivery address. If goods are subsequently moved from the original delivery address and are later reported as being damaged we will not accept liability for this damage as it is not clear if the damage could have been caused by a 3rd party removals or delivery company.

  • Return your items free of charge. Simply let us know within 7 days of receipt and we’ll come and collect.
  • We will arrange a convenient collection date for you (please note collections can only occur on working days and we unfortunately are not able to provide an ETA)
  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging, ready for collection. Once collected, you will be refunded in full, within 7 working days.
  • If you wish to know the progress of your refund please contact us and we will be able to give you an update.
