Refund & Return Policy
If we identify a manufacturing defect in your furniture, we will treat it as a manufacturing fault and take the necessary action to resolve the issue promptly.
All returns, replacements, or exchanges must be arranged from the original delivery address. If the furniture has been moved from the original delivery location and is later reported as damaged, we cannot accept liability, as the damage may have occurred during handling by a third-party moving or delivery company.
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your furniture if you wish to arrange a return.
- We will schedule a collection date at no additional charge.
- Furniture must be in its original condition and packaging and ready for collection
- Once the item has been collected and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
